Summary of works:

Replacement of existing flat front entrance and communal door sets to new FD30s and FD60s standards, also completing fire stopping works across the client’s 39 blocks of residential buildings in and around west london.

Description of works:

The project started with us carrying out detailed fire door and fire stopping inspection reports of each building.

• The works carried out consisted of installation with new certified FD30s and FD60s doorsets, door closers, ironmongery and smoke seals.

• Fire stopping and compartmentation works to all electrical intake cupboards and escape routes.

• Installation of new fire rated loft hatches

• Organising an appointments schedule with the residents to complete 4 new door installations per day.

• Once installation works are complete we issue certification under BM Trada fire door and fire stopping installation scheme.
